1. Agreement to Terms & Operating Entity
By accessing or using the BrewBid website (brewbid.co.uk) and our application platform (app.brewbid.co.uk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. BrewBid is operated in the United Kingdom as a sole proprietorship. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
BrewBid is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool that enables tradespeople (including builders, plumbers, electricians, decorators, and contractors) to create, manage, track, and send PDF quotes and invoices to their clients.
3. Accounts, Free Trial & Subscriptions
- Free Trial: New users receive full access to create their first 5 quotes completely free with no payment card required upfront.
- Subscription Pricing: Following your free trial, continued unlimited access is billed at £19 per user per month. All prices are quoted in GBP (£). BrewBid is currently operated on a non-VAT registered basis, so no VAT is added.
- Billing & Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Payments are handled securely via our PCI-compliant payment processor.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period with no further charges.
4. User Responsibilities & Conduct
You agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all quote details, job descriptions, pricing, labour rates, VAT calculations, and customer data you enter.
- You will maintain the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials.
- You will not use BrewBid for fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or spam purposes.
- You have obtained the necessary consent from your customers to input their contact details into BrewBid for quote generation.
5. Intellectual Property & Your Content
- BrewBid Platform: All intellectual property rights in the BrewBid software, website design, trademarks, and branding belong exclusively to BrewBid.
- Your Content & Logos: You retain 100% ownership of your business name, logos, line item descriptions, and customer data uploaded to the platform. You grant us a limited licence to process and display this data solely for providing the service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
BrewBid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:
- BrewBid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or quote calculation discrepancies.
- BrewBid does not guarantee that quotes created with our tool will result in accepted jobs or payments from your clients.
- Our total aggregate liability under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to BrewBid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour on the platform. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or cancelling in your settings.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
